Objective: Developing Self-Esteem Come to the aid of Kili the yeti, who lives at the top of the mountain, and help him regain his self-confidence. Confidence Mountain is designed to help children aged 7 to 11 reflect on the different components of self-esteem, namely feelings of security, self-knowledge, a sense of belonging, and a sense of competence.
