Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders of $35 or more, before taxes.

Shipping Fees

A flat fee of $5.00 applies to all orders under $35, before taxes.

Additional fees may apply to certain orders whose weight or dimensions exceed our carriers’ standard limits (e.g., safes, furniture, multiple cases of paper, etc.).

In such cases, we will contact you prior to shipment to inform you of any additional charges, if applicable.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

For next-business-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m. (local time).

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, and peak periods.

Availability at Delivery

The recipient must be available to receive the delivery between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our distribution center or to the carrier’s shipping center in your area.


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, Hamster 2M may issue a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return Authorization

All return requests must be authorized in advance.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

No returns will be accepted without this number.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Intact and unused

  • Returned within 21 days of the delivery date

Computer and electronic products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, including:

  • Manuals

  • Parts and accessories

  • A copy of the invoice or delivery slip

Incomplete packages or packaging will be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened books, software, and media products (CDs, DVDs) (without their plastic wrap) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If defective, these items will be replaced with an identical product.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Defective product

  • Order error on our part

In these situations, we will:

  • Arrange for a carrier to pick up the merchandise

  • Cover the shipping costs for the replacement items
