Based on the tic-tac-toe concept, the gnomes Happy and Harmony want to plant their garden and have to divide up the plots to do so. The board has 9 squares that can be enclosed with fences. The aim is to place the 4th fence around a square so you can put your gnome in that garden square; the winner is whoever has placed the most gnomes of their colour.
